Ever since man was created, the principle message to him has been that of absolute unity of God, and that all men and women are His slaves. There has only ever been one God, with one message and all the Prophets (as) have taught this same constant message to the people. Prophets (as) came to teach the people of their time, and every single nation of people has received its Prophet (as) and has had the opportunity to learn about God and to live as God intended.<\/strong><\/p>\n <\/div>\n <\/div>\n <\/div>\n <\/div>\n <\/div>\n <\/div>\n <\/div>\n

The first Prophet was Adam (as), so the first people had a Prophet, as have subsequent generations, it would be unjust for any tribe or nation to be left without guidance from God <\/strong><\/p>\n <\/div>\n <\/div>\n <\/div>\n <\/div>\n <\/div>\n

With this is mind the last Prophet Mohammed (saaw) would need to leave a message that would endure the test of time and be applicable to all the later generations to come<\/strong><\/p>\n <\/div>\n <\/div>\n <\/div>\n <\/div>\n <\/div>\n <\/div>\n <\/div>\n

This final Messenger would need to leave guidance that was unchangeable in its content, but relevant to the modern era, this miracle is the Holy Quran that was revealed to the final Messenger Prophet Mohammed (saaw).<\/p>\n

(Quran, 85:21-22) Nay, but it is a Glorious Quran, In a guarded tablet.<\/p>\n

Over the course of time Prophets (as) came with revealed books from God, and some Prophets (as) taught previously revealed scripture, but sadly today the defaced form of this message is visible in the form of numerous deities, some\n openly polytheistic, others under the guise of monotheism. <\/p>\n

The substance of the original message was deliberately allowed to disappear with a growing number of interpolations. These previously revealed books are:- The Tourat (Old Testament) was given to Prophet Moses (as). – The Zaboor (Psalms)\n were given to Prophet David (as). – The Injeel (New Testament) was given to Prophet Jesus (as).<\/p>\n

Humanity today would have had no chance whatsoever to know about the message in its pristine form, had it not been redeemed by Prophet Mohammad (saaw). This great message is enshrined in the Quran, the only book of God which has remained\n unsullied, untainted, pure and unprofaned.<\/p>\n

The sure greedy hands of time could not destroy the sacrosanct quality of Quran, not because it was not tried but because Quran is inherently incorruptible. It has a style and form which is inimitable, rendering any change or\n alteration creeping stealthily into it easily detectible.<\/p>\n

The Quran is irreplaceable.Imam, Jafar as-Sadiq (as) has said: “Quran is living, its message never died. It turns like the turn of day and night, it is in motion like the sun and the moon. It will embrace the last of us, the way it\n embraced the first of us. “The Quran was revealed 1,400 years ago at Mecca and Medina. The Arabs used to worship idols of stones of which the most important ones were enshrined in the Ka’bah. The Arabs lived a simple life, though\n it was savage in many aspects such as the exposure of children because of poverty. They were proud of their language and justifiably so since Arabic is a very rich and sophisticated language. Poets and orators were almost the idols\n of their tribes. Poems were read and learnt by heart and annual poetry competitions were held at a place called Suq `Ukaz. Thus, the Arabs became past masters at the art of literary competition. The Quran came and its miracle was\n language and art.<\/p>\n

The Quran was a challenge, challenging them to produce a similar Quran.<\/p>\n

(17.88) Say: If men and jinn should combine together to bring the like of this Quran, they could not bring the like of it, though some of them were aiders of others.<\/p>\n

The whole of mankind in co-operation just to produce one book! It is a humiliating challenge and a glaring one. Still the challenge was reduced to ten surahs (chapters) in order to prove to the whole of mankind the unique quality of\n this book.<\/p>\n

(11.13) Or, do they say: He has forged it. Say: Then bring ten forged chapters like it and call upon whom you can besides Allah, if you are truthful.<\/p>\n

The people of Arabia could not face the humiliating challenge again, and it was further reduced to one surah only. One surah may be one line, still the proud and eloquent Arabs could not face the divine challenge.<\/p>\n

(10.38) Or do they say: He has forged it? Say: Then bring a chapter like this and invite whom you can besides Allah, if you are truthful.<\/p>\n

The leaders of the unbelievers were filled with fear and could not provide any plausible explanation of the irresistible beauty and power of the Quran. However, they had to find some way to put people off and justify their own behaviour,\n therefore they invented lies and falsehoods.<\/p>\n

[52.29\/30] Therefore continue to remind, for by the grace of your Lord, you are not a soothsayer, or a madman. Or do they say: A poet, we wait for him the evil accidents of time.<\/p>\n

The Quran has not left a small or big, significant or insignificant subject without a code. In addition to the signs in the preservation of the Quran, there are many wonderful signs in the content of the Quran, these verses clearly\n show that the Quran is well ahead of its time, containing factual information that could only have been revealed by God, a clear indication that the Quran has not been produced by man.<\/p>\n

The fact that we now live in a time when Islam is opposed vehemently, the best way for opponents to defame Islam would be to find fault with the Quran, many have tried and ended up as Muslims, is in itself a proof of the power of the\n Quran.<\/p>\n

The Quran contains a myriad of subjects including: biology, cosmology, botany, geology and many more. Studying the content of the Quran will also clearly show that the Quran is unique and is not copied from any other religious texts.\n In fact comparing the Quran to the religious texts as they stand today you will find that the Quran not only goes far beyond in it\u2019s detail and subjects covered, but in addition the Quran corrects information available in other current\n religious books.<\/p>\n

Prophet Mohammed (saaw) has said: \u201cThe best of those amongst you is the one who learns the Quran and then teaches it to others.\u201d<\/p>\n

Prophet Mohammed <\/strong>(saaw) has said: \u201cEverything in existence prays for the forgiveness of the person who teaches the Quran – even\n the fish in the sea.\u201d<\/p>\n
